Replanting Neps (Advice)

I have a communal pot that has 3 neps of different species. Growing them together has been great, but they now need their own pots. Any advice on replanting Neps?

Here is a photo of the communal plants. They are (left to right) N. [globosa "klom" x (N. globosa x ampullaria "Black miracle")], N. x "Lady Luck", N. (lowii x veitchii) x campanulata:

I also have a N. mini maxima (I won at last years Auction) that I need to repot too!

Last time I repotted a Nep, it died, so I'm a little hesitant on replanting 4 of my favorite plants! Advice, or a link to solid info would be of much help.

(Also, help me get some nice indoor pots for these plants. I have a request for pots here on the Auction, third item from the bottom:
What would you like to see offered in the 2024 NASC-Terra Forums auction? )

Nepenthes shouldn't be especially sensitive to repotting, how did you do it last time? Generally, if the media isn't rotting you can put the plant into a new pot without removing too much of the media. If you stripped all the old media the last time you repotted that could have done it.

Second this. They seem happy with the current media. Replicate it as best as possible, unpot them with keeping the root ball relatively undisturbed and you should be good!

Thanks you two! I just need to get some new pots then I'll replant them.
I'll update at some point. :)
