Hello,

I was wondering if someone on here could help my out. My Venus Fly Trap is growing rather large, and the pot that it was in when I bought it is not big enough anymore. I'd like to change it's pot somehow, but I don't know what kind of soil to use. First of all, should I ever need to change the pot? If so, what kind of soil should I use?

Thank you for your help!

Yes, you probably need to repot.  As for the type of soil, people have many different opinions.  Basically, it needs to be acidic and hold water.  Personally, I favor Long fibered spaghnum moss, but there are other mixtures that work equally well.  This is a great website for VFT info, check it out! Great Site

Hope this helps
