Dont over water, dont fert (at least not much, I do mine maybe once a year and it will complain when you do, so do cautiously)
Did I say don't over water? hehehehe, during the winter I wont water mine until i see the fronds starting to wilt/die.
Enjoy, its an awesome plant... and one that always gets comments from those that see it.
