Just yesterday it shrivled up to nothing after a huge growth spurt

All the others are still ok though...

I too have lost several. The new leafs shrivel up and die, after the old leafs are gone. I don't water them, because I still have some in the same pot that still have the old leaves. I guess I should have watered.
