Why is my Devil Claws growing so slowly here and any ideas? I thought they were supposed to grow quicky.

Not that I have noticed yet and one of them wilted. I have 2 seedlings now here and thanks.
There are real Devil Claws Seedlings and here is a picture to show you.
It looks like there is a flower bud forming inside one of the remaining Devil Claws Plants but I can't tell yet.
