Purpurea problem ID

My Sarracenia purpurea has just appeared to have gotten small white spots about a weak ago and larger white and brown patch about the size of half a 5p coin
Anyway does anyone know what this could be? It doesn't appear to be fungal as I can't run it or wipe it off with my nail, it doesn't appear to be mildew either,
It is also only on one leaf if that helps anyone to make a diagnosis

Looks to be normal age and die off - is the plant dormant or just starting to wake up?
