Propping them up

It rains in Columbus--a lot.

A very heavy rain seems to have knocked my J Finn and rubra pitchers down. I've propped them back up with wooden kebab sticks and wires. Is this OK for the plants?

One interesting note is that the newer leaves on the Finn are holding up better, while it is the newer leaves (longer) on the rubra that are most susceptible.

Yes that will work. Another thing you can use are like a metal circle thing to hold them up, like this:
