Problem with Drosera x eloisiana?

I have this Drosera x eloisiana that was doing amazing when I first got it about 2 months ago. It was catching gnats and I've been using the tray method with the moss to keep it watered etc. Right now it seems to have all of this new growth but it's been like this for at least 2 weeks and hasn't shown any signs of growing any bigger. it gets plenty of sunlight and I water with distilled water. Is this something I should worry about?

It's gone dormant, those are hibernacula. Keep it either somewhere that it will get natural decreasing light so that it remains so, or put it in a fridge.
