Printable plant tags

Hey,

I got my roll of plant tags. I noticed there are holes on each side, so i figure they are printable. i printed on them, but one thing: THEY SMEAR!

Could anyone enlighten me on how to fix this problem? I'm 100% sure these are printable tags. I heard you can use hair spray, it dries as some kind of sealant?

you can also use a craft sealant.

Where can I get it, and how much is it? I'd prefer something that you spray on, is this paint on? That would just smear it right off.

you can find it at almost any store, especially places like michaels, i do believe some if not all of it is spray on
