If the TDS is <100, the water is should be fine for CPs. Lower TDS would be better for plants like Sarrs that prefer very soft water. If the water is that soft, I doubt there's any individual component you'd need to worry about. Assuming it isn't a blend of RO with lye or sulfuric acid or Cu etc.. 100 ppm solutions of those would be deadly.
Other than for specific analyses for each metal or other component, the answer is no. Assuming it's a water of fairly natural origin and that the TDS is <100 ppm, you probably don't need to worry. If TDS is >100, the problem isn't so much a specific toxicity by Ca or Mg or SO4, as much as it's a general salt/osmotic problem.
