PPM of water for plant types

oh ya plants likebugs i dont know what waters made of

I kill everything apart from Neps but I water my plants with tap water, which comes from a pump atop a well here in my garden. It definitely has dissolved solids as there is white residue on the leaves of all my Broms and Neps, which get watered very frequently.
I have heard it said, read it and personal experience suggests that you don't need to worry too much about the water quality (within reason - don't go collecting it from factory outlet pipes) for Nepenthes.

Cheers, FB.

I use water from a pond behind my house. Drosera grow there, so I assume it is fine.
