Possible mutation

It appears that a fly trap is sprouting from one of the flower stems. Has anybody seen this before?is it a mutation? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It happens rather regularly in Dionaea and several Drosera species; I just posted pics on IG of a sessilifolia x burmannii hybrid with an apomictic plantlet producing its own flower stalk.
