A neat little orchid from the SE US, I grow them in full shade, but in otherwise typical bog conditions:

Interesting! Not familiar with this one. Wonder how “shadow witch” came to be part of its common name?
 
I suspect "Shadow" comes from the shady conditions it grows in, and "Witch" because someone thought it sounded cool.
