I've killed this one, too. I certainly didn't waterlog it as in the first photo ^. My methods need rethinking, obviously. Do you grow yours in an undrained pot?

Yes I do. I grow primulaflora and planifolia identically, except for the medium. Planifolia seems to do best for me on sand with just a bit of peat mixed in, while primulaflora likes growing on Sphagnum moss, either living or dead. I pot them in bowls with no drainage, about 1/3 to 2/3 of the way up. When I water I fill the bowls, so the plants are initially emersed or even submerged. Then I water again when all of the standing water is gone.
As long as temps are above freezing, yes. I have started moving things in, but a few are still outside,sitting on top of my 350 gallon rainwater collection vessel.
