A closer photo would be nice. Also, how big are they? Have you had them long enough to flower? Photos of the flowers would help.

The big one in the pic has about 6cm in diameter. I will come back with more pics in the morning. Unfortunately I haven't got it for a long while, so I cannot say anything about the flower.

P. esseriana has a more pointed leaf tip that what you have, and more compact growth.
