For some reason, I have trouble with VFTs. I can grow all the others, but I just have bad luck with the flytraps. Except my Red Dragon, which is growing nicely. Here's a pic of the trap that opened yesterday, which is approaching 1 1/4 inches:
This one came out kinda deformed, which was evident from when it was tiny. The previous trap was 1 1/8 inches, and turned crimson red a few days after opening. Both are on really long stems.
