Petiolaris Complex

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone has had any experience growing any of the petiolaris complex sundews outdoors.  Specifically in central florida.  I live a half hour west of Tampa in Lakeland.

What are typically the max and min temperatures they can withstand?  My biggest concern is the few cold days we get in the winter.  Will the cold kill them or make them go dormant?

Any suggestions would be awesome.

Chris

I've grown D. paradoxa outside during the summer, but that's all. I wouldn't let them get below 70, but I don't know if that would cause dormancy as it's never happened to me.
