I can't be absolutely certain it's a Weser, since I got them from another grower with a very large collection that was a little neglected due to health troubles. It's from the same pot as the two above/left of it. Unfortunately I don't have pictures from when they were flowering.
The one on auction is the lil one circled in the middle. It'll be shipped in mostly bare-root, within the US only. I did read the FAQ for shipping to Cali, and it seems like it'd be fine? I'll do my best but can't promise anything.
