This is a Sarr. flava var. rugelii that fills a 10" dia pot and is just waking up after spending the winter outdoors under a pile of leaves here in southern New England. I plan to keep a small division, but you'll get >90% of what you see here. You'll get multiple growth points and probably ~15 flower buds. The phyllodia that over-wintered are up to ~14" tall and there are a lot of them.
I got this plant from a former member who gave away her collection when she could no longer could grow CPs and it has done very well and is a nice example of a rugelii. There is some kind of rush (I think) that came along with it and grows higher than the pitchers. So consider this a wetland plant two-for-one deal.
