How would I safely ship a 10 inch pot that has CP's in them? When would I have to water them before I ship them? What kind of box? Should I put paper around it to stop it from moving? ANY kind of info is greatly appreciated

I like to ship cp's bare root with LFS around them. I don't water them, just spray them a little bit. Yes, put paper around them or bubble wrap or peanuts.
