When I was brand new to the hobby and had a plant that was producing many flowers and plantlets, I tried separating the plantlets out and having them grow independently. One by one I watched them die. Yesterday, while repotting a plant, with numerous plantlets, I saw a plantlet that was growing roots through a leaf. Would it be successful to cut the parent leaf from the mother plant and replant it with the plantlet successfully?
