I had people tell me it's a capillaris so I posted a picture showing a rotundifolia side by side with what I thought was a capillaris. As soon as I did that, I am told that it's a spatulata, not a capillaris. This is a little frustrating!
It could be a red flowering plants, since I already have the white flowering 'Fraser Island'. As soon as it decides it would like to flower I'll post an almost clear picture!
