You've got a very beautiful Passiflora plant there. It is probably the species P. caerulea, the most common sp. in cultivation.
I grow one of these and I love it! The user PlantAKiss, I expect, will be able to be most helpful to you when it comes to care info. Good luck and definitely consider trying some other Passion flower varieties!

You are right, now I realize the name tag. It is "Pusa Veda". It is my mom's, and while I was going down to mcheck on my CP's, I came upon it and thought it was very pretty.
I had never seen the flower before either!
