Newbie Alert, with a couple of my Nepenthes

Although i have only been growing Nepenthes for under a year, i have a few favorites that keep me on my toes...These are two of my favorite hybrids

Your plants look to be doing well indeed.

If you have been growing them for at least 6 months you may considering entering them into the Pitcher and/or Plant of the Month contests

You are far more ambitious than me with nepenthes, I've had my ventrata for almost a year and only just got a ventricosa a month or so ago. As not a number said, you got some real contenders for the pitcher of the month contest, I would suggest entering them. Where did you get those plants anyway?

It's not as crazy intimidating as it sometimes seems! Listen to that voice in your head that says "grow ALL the nepenthes!" (or don't....because soon they'll take over your whole entire growspace/living space...)



Oh yeah, and xeriscape, those are some great pitchers you've got there. You should totally think about entering POM.

I have quite a few plants that were purchased from various vendors but these two (along with a Ron Determann) were purchased from Sunbelle here in south florida, via ebay auctions. Living here in South Florida I try my best to look for lowland/intermediates that are being grown in my region.
