New plant

I just recieved my first dente from a friend of mine. The vft has three working traps and one that is about to open, but no sign of new grow. My question is if I feed a trap or two would that stimulate new growth.

Feeding VFTs generally does help to stimulate growth of the plant. However, if you just repotted it or moved it to a new environment, you may want to give it a few days to acclimate before trying to feed it. Hopefully somebody with more knowledge can give you some more details. Good luck with the new plant!
