New nepenthes!Advice appreciated

Hey guys so i recently got a new nepenthes gentle(super stoked first nepenthes) and i was hoping i could get the seasoned growers' advice on how to get my plant to thrive. I managed to give it a bit of light burn unfortunately so i switched it to an led light and its been getting light 12 hours a day.

It should do great in a windowsill with a couple hours of sun per day, though it appears to have been grown in fairly low light previously so go easy when adjusting it to more. Water moderately and enjoy.

That's definitely not a true Gentle, and in all likelihood is a Ventrata. Not sure why so many retailers are selling different hybrids under the name Gentle currently, as it used to exclusively refer to a N. fusca x maxima cross.

Its like those people selling a bunch of different plants as 'Black Knight'. The name probably helps them sell even if it is misleading.

It certainly could be 'Gentle', which is a name of contention referring to one of two different fusca x maxima crosses actually; the one you pictured and the one I have which is almost reminiscent of a fusca x mixta hybrid, both of which appeared at about the same time under the same moniker (I have never seen any other plants referred to by that label, so not sure where you're getting the idea everyone is labeling every random plant by the name). The plant is very young and rather wilted so I would wait a fair while before passing judgement.
Also haven't seen just about anyone selling plants labeled Black Knight, just the improper "sanguinea" or "lantern alata" for "Rebcca Soper"

I never claimed anyone was selling any random plant by the name Gentle, so I'm not sure at all where you got that idea. I don't grow the narrow reddish-ish Gentle that you do, although as far as I can tell the Gentle form I grow is the oldest one that circulated under that name (which is why I called my Gentle the "true one", please do correct me if I'm wrong). There are also at least a few places selling regular Miranda as Gentle recently, mostly non-CP dedicated nurseries. If your Gentle form is glabratous the OP's plant could well be that one, although I'm still pretty certain the OP's plant is a Ventrata by morphology, even though it was grown somewhat soft.

Your wording suggests a large number of retailers, and thus far I've seen maybe one (though I don't pay much attention to any nurseries that don't specialize in CP's, and they mislabel just about everything anyway). And my plant is definitely glabrous overall save for the pitchers to a small extent, and I've never seen a ventrata in any conditions with leaves that broad, not young or etiolated or any other condition; one trait it carries when immature like that is ventricosa's narrower leaves. Granted however, the only way we're ever going to tell is when the plant matures, and one thing it does have riding for it with that possibility is the very small wings on the pitchers.
Also, technically for the name "Gentle," it was never officially registered so any plant that anyone wants could be coined with the moniker regardless which was given it first, and for that matter it could have been a grex from which multiple different looking clones arose, hence why there are several plants with the title that clearly have fusca parentage that look distinctly different from each other.
