I have some new and fresh Nepenthes seeds for offer.

N. mirabilis
N.ampullaria
Dionaea muscipula „Trichterfalle“ 50 little seeds (last pod)
N. Trichocarpa x Konak
N. Red Dragon x Konak
N. Hirsuta x Gracilis
N. Globosa x Mixta

Transport to the USA are no problem for me.

Yes, typically punishment is handed out on the receiving end if laws are broken (lack of required permits, etc).
