"new" cp stamps ?

Hi all ,

I've found these CP-related stamps down here at our national stamp-meeting (btw : that meeting haven't take place in that city since...1921 ! )

The block shows N.mirabilis and is related to the "well-known" serial of 16 stamps , the Tanzania stamps pictures S.flava

Do anybody know them ?

I haven't found any informations about them on CP-stamps related sites...any help welcome (number , year etc...)

those purple flowers look like pings maybe.
