Neptune's Harvest?

Anyone have experience using Neptune's Harvest Fish & Seaweed 3-2-1 fertilizer on Sarracenias as a foliar feed?

Its my favorite brand to use on sarr seedlings. I root feed them at 1/3 strength with it 2 or 3 times a year.
