Nepenthes Seedlings

Vbkid

Getting There...
The good news: I have successfully germinated nepenthes seeds!
The bad news: I didn't prepare for making it this far into the process...

So, I now have about 6 3-inch pots each with anywhere from 2-20 nepenthes seedlings of varying species (ventricosa, truncate, a few hybrids). The pots are mixed sand and ground lfs. The seedlings are only a month or so old, maybe a quarter inch wide at best, with just their first few leaves. All are still in a domed tray since the beginning, under LED lights about 12 hours day. I am just wondering if there is anything I should be doing yet such as fertilizing or acclimating or anything? Or do I just let em keep going a while?

Really excited to see this through, I just want to make sure I'm not missing anything crucial!

Thanks,
Kyle
