Nepenthes Osmocote Fertilizing

I heard that some people fertilize their nepenthes by using osmocote. I tried doing some research on this topic and found out that people who have used it with great success, never mention the exact kind they used. Did they used the one with a NPK Analysis of 15-9-12 or 19-6-12, or 14-14-14 ? So, I ask fellow growers, if you do used osmocote, what is the exact kind do you use ? What is the NPK analysis of it ?

I use the Indoor & Outdoor variety (pink bottle) for my Nepenthes. NPK analysis is 19-6-12.
