Nepenthes landscaping

I am thinking about growing nepenthes on theese log things like this

How do I go about creating theese sphagnum log things? Any input is appreciated, thanks.

Just wrap it around...
I did  this to one of my orkids..But the spahnum dosent live very long...So you will have to put some other moss over the spahnum..I just took ordnanary tree moss..and my orkids loves it..
