Need to find a ballast

I have an All Glass brand hood with a failed ballast. I've not been able to find a replacement locally (Orange Co., CA), having checked with home centers, pet stores, an aquarium shop, and electronics retail houses, and the All Glass web site was no help. The ballast is small (about 1" X 1.5" X 2") and is rated to drive a single T8 tube--the hood is a 30" dual tube unit. I would hate to have to buy an entire new hood if a replacement ballast can be found. Does anyone know where I could buy such a thing?

I've seen them at petsmart, if you mean those little cylindrical things.
