Need of opinion

hi, a week and half ago i feed a small criket to my vft and it has open back up. i was wondering if it would be ok to feed it again or wait a couple of weeks, it looks good, it has red in the traps, well most of them. so what do you think i should do?

I would wait a while and let it put out some bigger traps.

do you think it is doing ok if it has double its size with in the last week or so. it had no summer leaves, now it has 2 coming out.

Joe,

On feeding traps, it is generally recommended that if you are feeding your VFT it should only be about one trap per month.

As for the rapid growth of your plant, it is just that time of year so there is no need to panic
