N. truncata

Hey all,
I have been out for a week and look what my N. Truncata put out. The pitcher is 6 inches in length. Enjoy.

Spec. mine seemed to be an awful slow grower up to about 8" in diameter. I got mine at about 2-3" across in jan. 2001and since then has grown agonizingly slow at least as slow as my N. lowii and quite possibly slower!

It has finally made it's first good sized (6" leaf) no sign yet of what the pitcher will be like on this leaf. Get one that already has some size on it if you can.

Josh a agree w/ you about how slow Truncata grows when it is small i have 2 of them. one 2-3" across and the other is 3' across. the smaller one hardly grows at all but, when they have some size to them. they grow alot faster.
