Some red flava variety? Do you have a better picture of it or any flowers of it? In this picture it just looks like a brown drying up flava.

Why did you remove the picture? Also it's Mysterious sarracenia not Mystery sarracenia.

With only one pitcher to judge by, its hard to say. But there are MANY dark red/black hybrids that typically result from crosses using the atropurpurea forms of S. alata in combination with the dark red forms of S. flava, like S. flava rubricorpora. The plant in the photo may be simply a very dark form of S. alata.
