My simple setup and nepenthes progress

Hi! I'm pretty new to this forum and I wanted to show the setup I'm using for my two small N. Hookerianas.
I've had this tank for two months now without any major issues. Its a 30L shrimp tank with a heated cable in the bottom and a slightly raised glass lid for some more air flow. My analog meters show a pretty constant 25-28 C and 60-70% humidity. The water dish supplies all water and humidity. I don't have any fans in this setup but I haven't had any problems so far, I lift the lid and move some air around about twice daily. In the picture you can see a damaged leaf and some old half-dried pitchers, those are remnants from shipping damage/shock. All the 6 or 7 tiny green pitchers are from these last two weeks, so I hope I'm doing something right at least. I'll include a picture of how the bigger plant looked exactly one month ago!
Would gladly hear any feedback or tips people might have

Fair warning, x hookeriana gets huge, and it can get huge fast. My largest is probably a 12 foot vine and multiple basals.
