Pic didn't load for me.

I got the same problem. Here's how I fixed it:
right click on the box with the red x.
select "properties"
copy the IP address from the properties into your address bar of your web browser. (hit "go" if it doesn't go automatically)
then hit the back button to bring the picture into the forum thread you're reading.
