i wanted to know, instead of posting another thread, do anyone have the alata clone b? i noticed that this one has a stem resembling truncata, very compact, weird for alata...

pilosa x veitchii with some hariy features

here is another car of alata, luzon. i got this plant as a trade. when i first got it, i was afraid that it may not survive since i got it as a bottom half cut vine. turns out i have about 7 growth points on the woody stem part.

heres an upper on the sanguinea red. cant wait till i get lowers on this baby!

as some people may have noticed i go more for alata, maxima, and ventricosa or any hybrid with those i just mentiond. im gonna get about 3 more alatas!

happy about the EP order, i got all the plants potted up at a friends house. now its been some 5 days now, not any sign of stress.

maxima x (stenophylla x lowii) in a 8" pot. thinking about putting it in a 10" or 12" later when its more established.

really nice one when it gets bigger. looks great how it is right now! sibuyanensis x truncata squat.  was thinking a 4" pot but then went 6" instead. nice color on it!

ventricosa red x talengensis is a real jewle, all tubby and stout!  i wanna know how that peristome looks when it gets older...

the pitchers on the ventricosa x (clipeata x ventricosa) look more like clipeata. i guess this is how close im gonna get to actually growing one, but i think its best!

that domed lid comes from clipeata i think...

clearer veiw of the ventricosa x xTM's peristome. very ridgid. nice color too!

the pitchers have a very nice color to them as they age. from light red and nice striped peristome, purple marron color, to black!

the new ventricosa hybrids that i got, somehow all of them retained the ventricosa's leaves. does anyone think that the ventricosa x xTM will get a constricted waist becasue of the ventricosa and lowii? macrophylla has sorta of a long neck, lowii having a weird shape looking mouth... well we'll see in time....

when i got this inermis x bongso and potted it up, i put it next to my bongso... when i get an inermis, it will put it next to those two.

Yeah, I ended up getting a Spath X Veitchii H/L striped. I trying to acclimatize the plant, but it's very very slow. I'm hoping it'll make it. If not I'll get a Bongso like yours!!
