My first Nep pics.

Got this N. ventricosa x N. gymnamphora last week and it seems to be doing okay so far. The pitcher has grown a tad and the lid has opened a little. It sounds like a fairly easy hybrid. It will be growing in a SW facing plant window that our orchids do well in. Will the rock tray base give this plant enough humidity? Hopefully I won't kill it and can buy some more varieties.

Nice looking plant. Great color on the little pitcher.

Many people grow neps on windowsills without any special effort on humidity. I grow mine mostly in tanks.

But there are others here better equipped to answer your question.
