My bad news

Thanks again everybody. The days haven't been too bad yet. I have had my moments, but they pass quickly. Most of the time. The hardest is yet to come. That will be on the 22nd when we have her memorial service followed by a reception for family and friends and then us kids will take her ashes up to one of her favorite places. She used to play there as a kid and it was always her favorite place to be. Now she will be as much a part of it as it was of her.

You may be surprised at how comforting a memorial service can be.  I was overwhelmed at my late husband's memorial at the outpouring of love that surrounded me & my kids.
