Movin' on up!

Hooked up my new light fixture today. Now I have 3 growing tiers. On the top is the new T8 fixture over shorter-height plants. In the middle is my old T12 fixture over some windowsill pots. I divide these windowsill pots into 4 sections and sow seeds in them. On the bottom is my older T8 fixture with lots of room below for taller plants.

You can see the difference in temperature values of the 2 T8 fixtures. The top ones are 6500K daylights from home depot. The bottom ones were shipped with the fixture and I have no idea what they are. Anybody think the plants would benefit from me swapping 2 tubes from each fixture?

I can't say I recommend the place if you want any of the available options. In the 2 times I've ordered from them, they've forgotten to ship the accessories twice. That being said, they're still the cheapest place to get high bay T8 and T5 fixtures I know of, and they probably wont forget to ship the actual fixtures.

Oooh, nice. But it looks more like you're trying to roast your plants than growing them. LOL.
