Moss?

Not sure which section i could put this in but recently i went to work with my dad for the past couple of days and i brought back masses of very good moss off a roof, bright green, thick and fluffy :P
It would work wonders for humidity and all but im just wondering how do you keep it and grow more?
Everytime ive done it before it usually dies.
 
There is a way to get your moss to grow for you. Rick Smith has just set up his website where he introduces a fairly easy way to grow moss successfully. I have not had a chance to try it out myself but it sure looks like it will work for any kind of moss, except maybe for the aquatic mosses and sphagnum.
