Misc. Wort

Can you ID this misc. wort? Is it a bladderwort with unformed bladders? Or moneywort? Or what

Yeah, but i still dk, because i found it in my backyard in peat, bt thats all i can say, except the flowers are blue and white.

You have actual peat in your back yard? That's unusual. Even I don't have peat in the bog That doesn't look like any Utricularia so I don't know why you'd even ask if it was. I mean... not even a tiny little bit. Throw that weed away!
