Actually, Mike's in the process of switching to a lighter mix with more perlite and sand!
Really? Fascinating...I wonder if the red tubes will keep their redness with less peat...
Thanks for the update. I like to keep abreast of what great growers are doing, even if I don't grow many of what theya re growing. My Sarracenia look pretty bad on the deck this year, for some reason.
