Mexican Pinguicula on the Half Shell

I found this Tridacna crocea clam shell left from a tear down of a customer's reef tank, about 10 years ago, and thought it would make a neat place to grow a Mexican Pinguicula:

That's pretty sweet. 'Wouldn't be surprised if the calcium in the shell is beneficial as well.

Cute! It might almost look like another marine organism once it's grown out.
