Myrciaria cauliflora (aka jubaticaba)
Rollinia deliciosa
Artocarpus heterophyllus (aka jackfruit)
Ingu edulis

I don't know if this information will be helpful to you or not, but www.toptropicals.com sells everything on your list except for the Rollinia, which can be purchased in seed form from www.banana-tree.com.
