Living in Singapore, you should be able to find any neps you want in almost your back yard for FAR cheaper than trading with people in the US. What with the required phyto sanitary paperwork, cost of shipping, etc.....
I would look around Southeast Asia and exhaust your opportunities there first. There are several reputable sources for neps in that area of the world.
