Lithops

If anyone has successfully grown them from seed, how long does it take for a Lithop to mature to flowering size? How many years would it take to get to 1" in diameter?

Out of about 100 seeds I have maybe 8 or 9 babies. I think they take a long time to mature (a couple of years)... not sure.

I've gotten them germinated, so far 4 out of a small pinch of seeds (maybe 25-50). I don't know how long they take to get to 1", but it's implied on the back of the seed pack that it'll be at least a year. It takes 2-12 weeks to germinate, I'm in my 4th week, and I have an assorted variety of seeds, so more might pop up later.
