Any one knows a good Flourescent light for my helis and cephalotus and nepenthes?
http://www.walmart.com/ip/Lights-of...erica-4-Solid-State-Shop-Light-White/19759624 would this be a good type of light for them? How many feet or inches above the plants should I have the light?

Looks good. I would get two and have them a maximum of 6-12" from the plants.

I have a few of those lights. They work great. I'd put them as close as possible.

i have a pair of those fixtures, among other things. good results. my plants are about 6-9 inches below the lights. any closer and itd be tough to mist them without wetting the bulbs
